Its been raining hard here in Bulacan and the streets are already flooded. I thought to look at how Manila is coming along. They already announced that there are no classes for tomorrow on major cities in Luzon.

From Left to Right :
Passenger jeepney stranded (more like diving), Entrepreneur of Typhoons, pay 1 peso to cross the hand made bridge so you won’t get your feet wet, Manila Bay waves.

The good thing is : There’s no classes for all levels.
