Why Verify Paypal Account?

By verifying your paypal account you get lots of features. You can then send and receive unlimited amount or higher amount of money depending on what credit or debit card you enroll.

How To Verify Limited Paypal

If you already have a credit card, it is not a problem. All you have to do is click Profile > Add Credit / Debit Card.

Once you enroll your credit or debit card into your account, you will be charge approximately $1 to test if the card is valid. Paypal will label this transaction together with the EXPUSE number.

Now, check your billing statement for this card and you will see the digits to enter on the Paypal EXPUSE number and you will have a verified paypal account.

What To Do If No Credit Card?

You can use your debit card the same way you enroll a credit card. But sometimes, like in the Philippines, some debit cards are not accepted into Paypal. The only debit card I know of that is Accepted by paypal is Unionbank’s EON card.

To verify your Unionbank EON card, you will have to follow the same steps as above. But instead of waiting for the billing statement to get your EXPUSE number, you have to call unionbank representative and get the EXPUSE number personally.

After you enter your EXPUSE number, you should have a verified Paypal Account.
